IP Maestro is a network automation platform that simplifies your network management. Tailored for seamless OcNOS deployments on supported whitebox hardware, it serves both service provider and data center networks. The web-based interface enables easy control of switches and routers with a point-and-click option. Device Management with the power of Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) facilitates both in-band and out-of-band based device setup, ensuring security through the implementation of role-based access controls.

IP Maestro offers several compelling features:
Topology: Discover the network topology effortlessly with a visual map, enabling an intuitive understanding of network elements' connectivity. The Topology Toolbar ensures easy manipulation, providing a graphical overview of device, link, and service statuses.
Inventory: Gain a holistic view of physical and logical network resources, services, and topologies. Real-time network inventory coupled with filter functionality allows users to navigate and select specific inventory types with ease.
Fault Management: Capture and display alarms from network devices, links, and services. IP Maestro's Fault Management module efficiently processes NETCONF alarms and integrates with syslog for centralized management and alerts. IP Maestro also has the ability to send out email notification to users on occurrences of critical alarms.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance effortlessly with metrics - Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and calculated/complex metrics - Key Quality Indicator (KQI). Define measurement points, groups, collection intervals, and aggregation intervals for precise and periodic data analysis.
Configuration Management: Manage device configurations with IP Maestro seamlessly. Perform tasks such as downloading software images, creating and deleting configuration files, syncing configurations with the database, and executing configurations on specific devices. Ability to take device configuration backups and then do a config diff to see the difference between two configurations
Audit and Logs: Ensure transparency and accountability through historical logs, including syslog records and command history logs. IP Maestro maintains a detailed account of device activities for comprehensive auditing and implements a role-based user management system with comprehensive auditing logs for accountability.
User Management: Support for Role Based Access Control (RBAC) using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) Authentication.

IP Maestro Release 2.1 introduces several significant enhancements. A robust Web User Interface featuring components like Dashboard, Topology and Inventory, this Release showcases additional features and functionality.
Here are the highlights of this release:
Email notifications for critical alarms - Get notified on critical alarms and alerts on registered email.
Persistence of user information - Render the dashboards and other settings based on the user preferences data with easy detection of changes in the persisted data.
Role-based access control with LDAP authentication - Leverage the user federation capabilities of authentication manager to integrate Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and Active Directory (AD) with IP Maestro.
Clear interface counters - Clear inbound/outbound information and reset the values for one or more interfaces.
Interface traffic display - Get a glimpse of the real-time interface traffic load.
Database backup - Secure a backup and restore of the entire Maestro database in the event of a catastrophe.
Supported OcNOS Version
IP Maestro Release 2.1 software is designed to monitor devices running OcNOS-6.3.4-70 and above.
 
Note: IP Maestro 2.1 has been validated with managing up to 250 OcNOS devices.
Product Release Version
IP Maestro maintains a two-digit release version number. An integer indicates Major and Maintenance release versions. Build numbers are for internal tracking and verification of the software build process and are visible to customers as part of the software version number.
Product Name: IP Infusion Product Family
Major Version: New customer-facing functionality that represents a significant change to the code base; in other words, a significant marketing change or direction in the product.
Maintenance Version: Enhancements to existing features to address external or internal requirements to satisfy the needs of new sales regions or to support marketing initiatives. Product fixes that are released every 30 or 60 days, based on the number of issues being addressed.

The site allows customers and partners to open technical support calls, update open calls with new information, and review the status of open or closed calls. The password-protected site includes technical documentation, Release Notes, and descriptions of service offerings.
