Area Border Router
This example shows configuration for an Area Border Router. R2 is an Area Border Router (ABR). On R2, interface eth2 is in Area 0, and interface eth1 is in Area 1.

Enter configure mode.
(config)#router ipv6 ospf
Create an OSPFv3 routing instance.
(config-router)#router-id 10.10.10.11
Specify a Router ID (10.10.10.11) for the OSPFv3 routing process.
(config-router)#exit
Exit OSPF router mode.
(config)#interface eth2
Enter interface mode.
(config-if)#ipv6 router ospf area 0
Enable OSPFv3 routing on an interface, and assign the Area ID (0).
(config-if)#exit
Exit interface mode.
(config)#interface eth1
Enter interface mode.
(config-if)#ipv6 router ospf area 1
Enable OSPFv3 routing on the other interface, and assign the other Area ID (1).
(config-if)#commit
Commit the candidate configuration to the running configuration.
(config-if)#exit
Exit interface mode.

Create an OSPFv3 routing instance.
