Configure VNI-name as VNI-RED

Configure VxLAN Network identifier with/without inner-VID- disabled configure and enter into VxLAN tenant mode

Assign VRF for EVPN-BGP to carry EVPN route

Configure VNI-name as VNI-BLUE
